Helpful Tip: Please bring your own towels, both bath & kitchen towels, linens for futons will be provided upon request.
Reservations:
Secure your reservation within seven days with a deposit. If the deposit is not received within seven days, your reservation will automatically cancel. Written confirmation will be mailed to you upon receipt of your deposit.
DEPOSIT: 30% of total rental
Deposits will be applied to charges for last day(s) reserved. If a group reserves three or more cabins, payment of the total rental is due 60 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be subject to cancellation. Since the cabins are reserved exclusively for you, you are responsible for the total amount due for the full length of your reservation.
Cancellations:
Should you find it necessary, notify us immediately. No refunds will be given if the cancellation is 45 days or less prior to arrival. If you notify us 46 days or more in advance and the cabin is re-rented and we do not sustain a loss, your deposit will be returned less a $75 handling fee. If we are not able to re-rent the cabin, you will be charged for the full rate of your reservation.
We may charge for early arrivals. Please allow us to have time to keep to the high cleanliness level that you expect when you arrive.
